About Trublz We're building a candy brand for young India
- indulgence-first, loud, cheeky, and made for the kids and teens of today who are done with anything boring. The brand is being built as part of The Foundery, a venture-builder program by Kishore Biyani, Nikhil Kamath, and Ronnie Screwvala. The Role We're hiring a Supply Chain & Ops Lead to build the function from zero. You'll own the end-to-end supply chain
- from sourcing to warehousing to fulfilment. This is a founding seat. You won't inherit a function
- you'll build it.
What you'll do
Run supply chain and ops on the ground
- everything from ingredients to a customer's mouth passes through you.
• Manufacturing coordination
- India and international. Work with contract manufacturers in India, and with international partners where formats or ingredients require it. Own production plans, briefs, and quality checks across both.
• Procurement and inventory. Source ingredients and packaging (domestic and imported), keep stock at the right levels, manage vendor relationships across geographies.
• Imports and compliance. Manage customs, food safety compliance (FSSAI and international), and logistics for imported ingredients or finished goods.
• Quality and food safety. Own QC processes and food safety across the chain — from factory floor to dispatch.
• Dispatch and fulfilment. Move product from factory to warehouse to channels — cleanly, on time, without waste.
• A small team. Hire and manage coordinators, QC associates, and warehouse staff as volume grows.
What we are looking for Must Have
• 3–4 years in ops or supply chain in packaged food brand
• High-ownership, organised, sharp on execution.
• Comfortable with sheets, dashboards, and on-ground problem solving.
• Genuinely good with people and vendors , a lot of this is chasing and unblocking. Good To Have
• Hands-on contract manufacturing experience in food or FMCG
• FSSAI / food-safety awareness
• Experience managing international suppliers or manufacturers
- imports, customs, and cross-border logistics
• Experience with logistics, warehousing, or D2C fulfilment
• Set up ops from zero at an earlier startup Success in this role After 3–6 months, you will:
• Have manufacturing partners set up with explicit SOPs on production, quality, and dispatch.
• Have inventory, procurement, and QC systems running cleanly.
• Be leading a small ops team (QC, coordinators, warehouse) that runs without you needing to hold their hand. Our Way of Working Four principles guide how we work: 1. Earn the claps: We obsess over what the audience will love. Everything we make has to win a real reaction. 2. Always forward: We back the builder over the critic, and we keep our eyes ahead
- no grudges, no replaying old debates. 3. Disagree & commit: We argue ideas hard. Once the call is made, we're all in
- no second-guessing, no quiet undermining. 4. Calm in chaos: When things get noisy or uncertain, we stay calm and focused on what matters. No panic, no drift.
