Core objective: Omnichannel Execution, Inventory Accuracy & System Availability
• Omnichannel Operations – Own end-to-end operational execution of the Omni business across stores, warehouses and marketplaces.
• Inventory Accuracy & Sync – Ensure physical, system and marketplace inventory are accurately synchronised and correctly exposed.
• Portal Management – Manage marketplace/portal configuration, inventory mapping, order flow and Omni integrations.
• Store Onboarding – Drive onboarding and activation of current stores on the Omni ecosystem, including configuration and go-live.
• Order Fulfilment – Monitor Omni order fulfilment, cancellations and SLA adherence; resolve operational gaps.
• Technical Issue Resolution – Own resolution of Omni-related system, integration, API and portal issues with IT/platform partners.
• Reconciliation & Controls – Own reconciliation of Omni orders, inventory, returns, cancellations and financial transactions.
