We are looking for an experienced South Indian Tiffin Master / Dosa Chef for our busy food outlet, Nizam’s Dosa By JBK, located in Nizam Colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare dosas, idlis, vadas, pooris and other South Indian tiffin items.
Maintain good taste, quality and consistency.
Handle dosa batter and tawa efficiently during busy hours.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Work with the kitchen team and manage daily food preparation.
Working Hours: 5:00AM to 2:00PM
Salary: ₹18k– 25k per month, depending on experience.
Candidates should have previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or tiffin centre. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, punctual and reliable about their work.
Location: Nizam Colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad.
