Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Product Manager – JLG Business: JLG Function/ Department: JLG Job Purpose To support the JLG business in financial planning, cost governance, MIS reporting, and operational controls. The role will be responsible for product-level P&L; tracking, cost analysis, purchase order and invoice management, business reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure effective financial and operational management of the business. Primary Responsibilities
• Track and manage the JLG product-level P&L;, including cost and profitability analysis
• Partner with Finance, CRES, Procurement, Accounts, and business teams to understand and validate cost drivers
• Conduct cost deep-dives, identify variances, and highlight risks/opportunities
• Prepare P&L; reviews, business performance reports, and management presentations
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and key cost metrics to ensure financial discipline
• Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate invoice validation and processing
• Liaise with vendors, BCs, and Accounts teams to ensure timely payments and reconciliations Secondary Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain MIS, dashboards, and business performance reports




• Analyse business data and generate insights to support decision-making
• Support BAU business activities, reviews, and cross-functional projects
• Drive reporting enhancements and process improvements through automation and analytics
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage data, reporting, and operational requirements Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong understanding of P&L; management, financial analytics, and cost structures
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis with strong attention to detail
• Good knowledge of PO and invoice management processes
• Solid problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment Educational Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Experience
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, MIS, Business Analytics, Product Finance, or similar roles
• Experience in P&L; analysis, cost management, procurement coordination, and business reporting
• Strong hands-on expertise in Excel, MIS, and data-driven analysis
