• Demonstrated experience in disciplinary and people leadership within an agile software or product organization.
• A leadership style based on trust, empowerment, transparency and accountability.
• Practical experience in applying Servant Leadership and Management 3.0 principles.
• Proven ability to coach people, delegate decisions and support self-organizing teams.
• Ability to create psychological safety and handle feedback, conflicts and mistakes constructively.
• Experience in supporting individual development and building sustainable team capabilities.
• Experience in leading culturally diverse and distributed teams.
• Ability to integrate internal employees and external specialists into one team-oriented team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect teams and stakeholders across India and Germany.
• Good understanding of agile product development, DevOps and mobile software delivery.
• Sound business judgment and the ability to make decisions in complex or critical situations.
