• Expertise in configuring and re-binding Connection References across environments and tenants. 7. Microsoft Dataverse & Relational Data Modeling
• In-depth experience with Microsoft Dataverse database and file capacity planning, relational entity modeling, and alternate key configuration.
• Proficiency in querying Dataverse Web APIs to extract transactional delta records for audit, reconciliation, recovery, and rollback operations. 8. On-Premises Data Gateways & Hybrid Integration
• Demonstrated expertise in configuring, clustering, and managing enterprise On-premises Data Gateways (OPDG) for high-availability hybrid connectivity.
• Experience integrating cloud-based workflows with on-premises SQL Server, plant/manufacturing ERP systems, and SAP databases. 9. Identity, Security, Compliance & Governance
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), application identities, service principals, and non-interactive authentication.
• Expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, connector allowlisting, Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels, and cross-tenant B2B Direct Connect policies.
• Ability to ensure secure access, compliance,
and governance throughout migration and post-migration activities. 10. Multi-Vendor Program Governance
• Proven Technical Program Management (TPM) experience coordinating delivery across application delivery teams, cloud infrastructure partners, and multiple vendors.

• Demonstrated leadership in commanding high-stakes, 24×7 cutover war rooms for enterprise migration programs.
• Expertise in executing minute-by-minute technical runbooks, coordinating plant-level Business User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing critical issues, and driving executive Go/No-Go decisions.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain operational continuity throughout the cutover window. 12. Disaster Recovery & Rollback Management
• Proven capability to design and execute quantitative disaster recovery and rollback protocols.
• Experience managing:
• Scenario 1 – Pre-Cutover Rollback: Reverting to the original environment before production cutover completion.
• Scenario 2 – Post-Cutover Rollback: Executing controlled recovery after cutover, including automated Dataverse and SharePoint transactional delta capture, reconciliation, and restoration.
• Ability to establish recovery checkpoints and rollback criteria designed to minimize business disruption and prevent manufacturing downtime. Overall Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will combine deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse with strong technical program leadership, enterprise security governance, multi-vendor coordination, and mission-critical cutover and disaster recovery experience.
