The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of multi-cluster networking, load balancing, and DevOps practices, playing a central part in managing production risks while driving the adoption of Docker and Kubernetes technologies within a complex, high-stakes domain. Responsibilities
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams while actively contributing to code architecture and implementation.
• Oversee the end-to-end migration strategy, moving legacy data center workloads onto the Azure Kubernetes Service platform.
• Design and manage Docker multi-cluster networking solutions and implement robust load balancing mechanisms for high availability.
• Establish comprehensive risk management protocols to ensure stability and security during the transition and in ongoing production support.




• Drive the adoption of DevOps methodologies to optimize the lifecycle of cloud-native applications.
• Leverage expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud to architect scalable and resilient solutions tailored to financial sector requirements.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Proven track record of 3+ years working specifically with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
