Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime (MTBF improvement) across lines through effective preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• Execute and monitor planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for critical assets such as conveyors, tightening systems, robots, and utilities
• Lead breakdown maintenance activities, ensuring minimum downtime and quick restoration of production operations
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring equipment failures
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure zero disruption to takt time and line balancing
• Manage and maintain spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical spares while optimizing cost
• Implement and sustain TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) pillars, including Autonomous Maintenance and Focused Improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms, and EHS requirements during maintenance activities Preferred Industries Manufacturing Automobile Manufacturing & Trad Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelors of Technology General Experience 5-10 Years
