Job Title: SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST GHCS
• Perform checks on medium complex system parameters/permissions, complete approvals if required and analyze low to medium complex system outage data to identify root causes In this role, you will:
• Analyze medium complex system outage data generated by the checkers to identify root cause of the outages
• Communicate the root cause and possible solutions to developers and monitor experts
• Check and run diagnostics on low to medium complex system parameters and permissions to ensure seamless and accurate exchange of information between applications, systems and databases
• Check if the small to medium scale changes are implemented following system security templates and service level agreements
• Identifying the issues related to information flow and help the monitoring expert to identify root cause under the guidance of senior team members To be successful you will:
