- Product Management Specialist We are seeking an experienced SmartRecruiters Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SmartRecruiters Talent Acquisition solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with HR and recruitment stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable recruiting processes and system capabilities. Work you'll do As a Product Management Specialist on the Talent Acquisition Technology team, you will be responsible for:
• Configuring and administering SmartRecruiters modules, workflows, forms, templates, permissions, approval processes, and recruiting lifecycle configurations.
• Leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements, mapping processes, and translating business needs into functional solution designs.
• Managing implementation and enhancement activities, including data migration, integrations, deployment planning, and release coordination.
• Developing test scenarios, executing functional testing, and coordinating user acceptance testing with business and technical stakeholders.
• Investigating system issues, performing root-cause analysis, and coordinating resolution with technical teams or vendors.
• Creating functional specifications, configuration documentation, user guides, training materials, reports, and dashboards; providing stakeholder training and post-go-live support; and identifying opportunities to improve recruiter and candidate experiences. The team enables consistent, data-informed, and candidate-focused experiences across the talent acquisition lifecycle. Hyderabad Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM Qualifications Required:




• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting SmartRecruiters or an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering SmartRecruiters.
• Experience supporting end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including requisition management, candidate applications, interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding handoffs.
• Experience conducting discovery sessions, requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional solution design.
• Experience developing and executing test scenarios, functional testing, user acceptance testing, and production support.
• Experience supporting data migration, integrations, application programming interfaces (APIs), data flows, third-party recruiting tools, and human resources information system (HRIS) integrations, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle Human Capital Management.
• SmartRecruiters certification or completion of formal SmartRecruiters product training. Preferred:
• Experience supporting recruitment marketing tools, job boards, background-check providers, assessment tools, or onboarding platforms.
• Experience delivering work in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience supporting data privacy and recruiting compliance requirements.
