- Minimum 8+ years of D365 technical architecture experience
- Strong expertise in:
- D365 F&O; architecture
- Azure integrations
- APIs and middleware
- Retail and Commerce architecture
- Experience leading enterprise-scale D365 implementations
- Experience supporting live production D365 systems
- Strong understanding of POS and Commerce integrations
- Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps
- Solid stakeholder and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Define enterprise architecture standards
- Lead technical architecture and modernization initiatives
- Support governance for live D365 environments
- Drive optimization and scalability improvements
- Lead technical support escalations and RCA activities
- Review code quality and deployment standards
- Conduct technical workshops and solution reviews
- Support roadmap planning and technical estimations
