Masters degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant counselling experience, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, oncology, or psychosocial support setting.
Experience in handling children, adolescents, and caregivers dealing with emotional distress, grief, trauma, and long-term illness.
Prior experience in supervising counsellors or leading a team will be preferred.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Positive MS Office and computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi is preferred.
Candidates in the age group of 3040 years may be considered, keeping flexibility for relevant experience, counselling competencies, and leadership abilities.
