- Responsibilities:
- Create detailed, production-ready CAD models for fine jewellery.
- Translate sketches, concepts, references and design briefs into accurate 3D jewellery models.
- Work primarily with Rhino and Matrix/MatrixGold.
- Understand stone sizes, settings, proportions, metal requirements and manufacturing feasibility.
- Make design modifications based on manufacturing requirements and feedback.
- Collaborate with designers and the business team to develop commercially relevant collections.
- Ensure models meet required technical specifications before moving into production.
- Who we're looking for
- 2-4 years of experience in jewellery CAD.
- Robust working knowledge of Rhino and Matrix/MatrixGold.
- Good understanding of fine jewellery manufacturing with natural gemstone setting and proportions.
- Ability to balance design, functionality and manufacturability.
