- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in a business process analyst or project coordinator role, preferably within the asset management industry
- Associated as a BA with Fund launch or fund set up (Mandatory)
- Collaborate with stakeholders across operational teams to understand workflows, identify team-specific and intersectional opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into development-ready enhancements
- Bridge the gap between the business and technology to effectively execute on stakeholder-driven system enhancements from documenting requirements through testing to final release
