We are looking for experienced Academic Counsellors to generate, manage, counsel, and follow up with prospective students for our *Degree, Diploma, and Certification Courses
Location: Delhi NCR
Work Options: WFH / On-Site
Experience: 3–5 years in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Student Admissions, or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage student leads.
- Counsel prospective students regarding suitable Degree, Diploma and Certification programmes.
- Handle regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, etc.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrolment.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
- Prior experience in handling education/course admission leads will be preferred.
