Job Description

We are hiring fluent Mandarin-speaking candidates for the position of Mandarin Language Interpreter to facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking individuals and English-speaking clients for an international voice process.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide real-time voice interpretation between Mandarin and English speakers.
- Ensure accurate and clear communication during conversations.
- Interpret conversations while maintaining the original meaning and context.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow client guidelines.
- Deliver professional interpretation services during customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- HSK certification or equivalent Mandarin proficiency preferred.




- Strong verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs, if required.
- Ability to clear the Mandarin language proficiency assessment.
