Job Summary

Ideal Marketing Associates is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial transactions and accounting activities of the Battery Section, ensuring accurate records, proper cash flow management, and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate daily financial records, ledgers, and accounting entries.
- Monitor daily cash flow, cash receipts, and payments.
- Record battery sales, purchases, customer payments, and supplier transactions.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements and verify cash balances regularly.
- Track outstanding customer payments and coordinate follow-ups for collections.
- Maintain records of stock purchases, battery sales, returns, and related transactions in coordination with the stock team.
- Verify expenses and ensure all financial transactions are supported by proper documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly financial reports for management.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in accounting is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Expectations

The Accountant must ensure accurate financial records, proper tracking of battery sales and collections, timely reporting, and adherence to company financial procedures.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
