Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise, and roster the team of attendants and nurses
- Support hiring and onboarding of attendants during the early growth phase
- Create and implement SOPs, checklists, and training material for attendants
- Ensure quality and consistency of care delivered at client homes
- Handle client and family escalations, feedback, and care reviews
- Work directly with the founder on service standards and team expansion

Requirements:

- Nursing background is compulsory
- Proven experience managing attendants and nursing staff
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Ability to build processes and documentation from scratch
- Empathetic, patient, and dependable approach towards elderly care
