Job Description

We are looking for candidates for a customer-facing role with Kotak Securities. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers regarding products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company procedures and service standards.
- Assist customers with relevant queries.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: As per company requirements.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work from the office.

Salary: ₹16,000 per month, subject to the applicable salary structure.

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Work Location: As per the assigned office location.
