Role & responsibilities

- Carry out daily activities & report to Manager
- Supervision on the day to day activities of process
- Assignment of work to subordinates
- Analysis of NC
- Testing prototype Instrument & software modification
- CAPA documentation
- ISO documentation
- Employs skill matrix
- Attending other internal meetings
- Monitoring adherence to the testing process
- Team leading & mentoring
- Continuous improvement
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadline
- Able to manage working relationships
- Ability to work flexibly, use own initiative and be part of team
