Job Summary

- The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various functions within the insurance organization. The role requires expertise in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, stakeholder management, and workforce planning to support business growth.





Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, underwriting, claims, customer service, actuarial, and corporate functions.
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and drive hiring plans.
- Source and attract talent through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and professional networks.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire and building talent pipelines for future needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on job specifications, screening criteria, and interview processes.
- Provide market intelligence, hiring trends, and compensation benchmarking to stakeholders.
- Track recruitment metrics, prepare hiring dashboards, and drive process improvements for better efficiency.
- Manage recruitment vendors/agencies and ensure compliance with recruitment policies, governance, and ATS processes.
