Industry: - Real Estate

Title Senior Manager / AGM – Accounts/ Head Accounts and Taxation

Experience: - 8 – 12 Years Post Qualification Preferably In Real Estate / Construction

Industry) Qualification: - CA Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Statements & Reporting

Finalisations of Standalone Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow, and Notes to Accounts as

per Ind AS / Companies Act, 2013

Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.

1. RERA Compliance

Handle all RERA registrations, quarterly & annual compliances, project updates, and form filings

for real estate projects

Liaise with RERA authorities and ensure adherence to RERA Act, 2016

1. Direct Tax

Income Tax, Advance Tax, TDS, and filing of ITR for Company, Directors, and related entities

Handling scrutiny assessments, appeals, and notices from IT Department

1. GST Compliance & Audit

Monthly/Quarterly GST returns - GSTR-1,



GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, 9C

Reconciliation of GSTR-2B vs Books, E-invoicing, E-way Bill compliance

Managing GST audits, department audits, and replying to GST notices

1. Tax Audit & Statutory Audit

Conduct and finalize Tax Audit u/s 44AB and prepare Form 3CA-3CD, 3CB-3CD

Coordinate with Statutory Auditors for smooth completion of annual audit

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI

Experience: 8 to 12 years post-qualification, preferably in Real Estate / Construction industry

ERP & Software: Hands-on experience in Farvision ERP and Tally Prime is mandatory. Must be

proficient in SAP/Oracle, MS Excel, ClearTax, GST & Income Tax portals

- Technical Skills: Robust knowledge of Ind AS, Income Tax Act, GST Law, RERA Act, Companies Act

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical ability, team handling, deadline-oriented
