Role & responsibilities

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual international sales and revenue targets.
Experience in Epoxy and PU injection grouts preferred
Experience in Epoxy and PU flooring preferred.
Channel Partner Management: Identify, appoint, and manage overseas distributors, agents, large-scale importers, and tie ups with International Construction and realty developers
International Market Expansion: Develop and execute comprehensive export sales strategies to penetrate current geographic regions

Export Compliance & Logistics: Coordinate closely with internal supply chain and logistics teams to oversee export documentation, LC (Letter of Credit) management, shipping compliance, and customs regulations per country.
Revenue & Margin Accountability: Take full ownership of export revenue targets, profitability margins, and outstanding payment collections globally.
International Trade Representation:



Represent the company at global construction trade exhibitions, product seminars, and overseas client conventions to scale brand presence.
Travel: High willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory for site evaluations and client meetings

Products knowledge -Cementitious Waterproofing, Liquid Waterproofing Membrane, Bituminous Waterproofing, Polyurethane Waterproofing,Acrylic Waterproof Coatings, Candidate must have experiece in handling these products

Project sales Experience is must : Candidate must be engaging directly with clients such as builders, EPC contractors, consultants, or property developers to secure work orders for waterproofing on individual projects.

Preferred Candidate

Education -Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience : Experience: 10+ years of progressive field sales experience within the construction chemicals or building materials sector, with a minimum of 5+ years dedicated to Waterproofing
