Role & Responsibility

1. As a Sr.GM Sales and Marketing , you will be responsible for handling Urology Segment covering entire Pan India for reputed Pharma listed companyfor based at Mumbai HQ.

2. You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of NSM's, ZBM's ,RBM's, ABM's & MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.

.

3. Candidates will be responsible for handling P&L; Budgeting and Top line and Bottom line for the two division.

4. Candidates will be responsible for launching new products and implementing strategies and strengthening existing brands.

5. Candidates will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing an entire new sales and marketing team for the new

division and guide them to achieve derived targets and incentives.

6. Candidate is responsible for handling Effective Man Management and achieving Business / Sales targets with high PCPM.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. B.Sc. or B. Pharma and MBA in Sales and Marketing,



having 20 - 25 years of experience in Pharma Sales and Marketing out of which last 4-5 years handling Urology Segment covering entire Pan India for reputed Pharma listed companyfor based at Mumbai HQ.

2. Candidates should be good in handling P&L;, Budgeting and Top line and Bottom line.

3. You should be good in handling Urology products and introducing new molecules and conducting creative promotional activities.

4. Candidates should be good in Strategy Management and executing the same on basis to achieve budget with effective distribution and administration control.

5. Candidates should be good in recruiting training and developing the sales team on Effective man-management and achieving high PCPM.
