Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements and development standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and prioritize development tasks.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and workable solutions.
- Build clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Perform unit testing and support system integration testing activities.
- Collaborate with QA teams to create and execute test cases.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications based on approved change requests.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular technical updates and timelines to stakeholders.
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely project delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience.
- Experience in mentoring or leading team members is an added advantage.
