We are hiring a Manager - Civil Procurement for a growing organization specializing in civil construction, infrastructure, and large-scale industrial and commercial developments. The organization has executed major real estate projects, including premium hospitality developments and logistics warehouses with a strong focus on quality, cost efficiency, and timely project delivery.

We are looking for a candidate with 10-15 years of hands-on experience in civil construction procurement across Civil EPC, infrastructure, construction, or real estate projects.

The candidate should have experience in civil material procurement and subcontract management for residential, commercial, hospitality, or infrastructure projects, including vendor management, negotiations, POs, and WOs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement of civil construction materials, including steel, cement, and other building materials.
- Handle subcontract procurement and prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs).
- Develop vendors,



negotiate rates, and manage delivery schedules.
- Monitor market rates, material specifications, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with project/site teams and internal departments for deliveries, approvals, billing, and reconciliation.
- Maintain procurement records using ERP or procurement software.

Key Requirements:

- Preferred: Graduate in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10-15 years of relevant civil construction procurement experience.
- Hands-on experience in both material and subcontract procurement, including POs and WOs.
- Experience in Civil EPC, construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of steel, cement, construction materials, vendor management, and market pricing.
- Experience with procurement/ERP software.
- Solid negotiation, commercial, and coordination skills.
