As a Business Analyst, you will work alongside technical leads and salesforce developers to design, develop and deploy enterprise solutions. • Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. • Analyse requirements and identify appropriate user stories. • Create supporting documentation for requirements. • Ensure all customer conversations are recorded and need to follow up with customers & the technical team. • Be the liaison between the business team, technical team, and clients.
