Role & responsibilities :-

This requires extensive travelling and your primary role is to visit present / potential customers and present our inovative Banding and Bundling Concept to shop floor and top management.

Study the present method of packing and suggest our solutions by preparing ROI and cost benifit analysis V/S other makes. And motivate and guide Team of Sales and Service Engineers.

- Manage existing client relationships to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams of Novel and our world wide business partner (e.g., sales, marketing, technical )



to develop strategic plans for acquiring new customers.

- Identify key decision-makers within target companies and build connections to drive revenue growth.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Preferred candidate profile:

Highly Talented , Self motivated and Ambitious, Hard and Smart Leader ready to

respond to customers needs in urgency even on Holidays.

Inclination to learn technical aspects of our machines

Prefered 7-10 yrs out of which 2- 3 years as Team Leader and also

hands on Field Exp in Selling Innovatie Packaging / Industrial Machines and Goods from Concept to Creation Solutions.

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients;

convincing commercial power for closing deals.
