About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Digital & Print to develop engaging digital creatives and high-quality print materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical expertise, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Design
- Create social media creatives, digital banners, promotional emailers, web graphics, and marketing materials.
- Adapt designs for different digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Develop visually engaging content aligned with marketing objectives.
Print Design
- Design brochures, visual aid (VAC) packs, flyers, leaflets, posters, packaging, labels, and promotional materials.
- Prepare print-ready artwork with proper bleed, dielines,
CMYK settings, and pre-press specifications.
- Ensure quality and consistency across all print materials.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Knowledge of digital design, typography, colour theory, layouts, and print production.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Education & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in digital and print graphic design.
- Robust portfolio showcasing digital creatives and print materials.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience is an added advantage.
