Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, statutory compliance support, and coordination with internal departments and vendors. The candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, accuracy in financial reporting, and hands-on experience in ERP/accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and bookkeeping.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and process vendor payments, invoices, and employee reimbursements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records accurately.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries in ERP/accounting software.
- Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and financial statement preparation.
- Support GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.




- Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
- Prepare expense analysis and support budget tracking activities.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Hands-on experience in Tally, ERP systems, or accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in engineering, manufacturing, EPC, or project-based companies preferred.

Knowledge of GST filing, TDS deductions, and vendor reconciliation.

Familiarity with project billing and cost tracking is an advantage.
