Job Summary

We are seeking energetic, target-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executives to promote solar solutions, generate leads, conduct field campaigns, and close sales.

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA, Diploma, or B.Tech preferred

• Experience: 0–6 years (Freshers welcome)

• Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month + TA/DA

• Age Limit: 23–32 years

• Preferred Industry Experience: FMCG, Credit Card Sales, Automobile, Paint, or Renewable Energy/Solar Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door marketing and customer awareness activities.

• Organize canopy activities and promotional campaigns.

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and meetings.

• Promote solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

• Explain product benefits, pricing, and government schemes.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

• Identify new business opportunities and analyze local markets.

• Coordinate site visits, inspections,



quotations, and order processing.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Submit daily activity reports and monthly performance reports.

• Travel within assigned territories for marketing activities.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Confidence in door-to-door marketing and customer interaction.

• Willingness to travel and work in the field.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.

• Ability to generate leads and close sales.

• Positive local market knowledge and networking skills.

• Ability to explain solar products and schemes.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven.

• Comfortable conducting canopy activities and promotional campaigns.

• Basic Smartphone and reporting skills.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
