- Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Explain jewellery designs, collections, prices, and product features.
- Assist customers in selecting gold, silver, diamond, or imitation jewellery.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and attractive.
- Support billing, sales transactions, and daily sales reporting.
- Build valuable customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain jewellery stock and follow showroom security procedures.
- RequirementsFemale candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Jewellery retail experience is an advantage; freshers are welcome.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
