# Understanding the customer requirement accurately

# Helping customer find suitable profiles keeping in mind their

requirements.

# Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a valuable rapport with them

# Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating

meeting between members and creating success stories.

# Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up

# Converting prospects into Sales (Renewals/Referrals etc.)

Skills & Competencies required:

# Excellent verbal & written communication, fluency in the regional language, proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.

# Punctuality & Presentation skills
