We are looking for an experienced Land Acquisition Officer / Manager to identify and acquire suitable land parcels for residential development in the outskirts of Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable residential development land.
- Source land directly from landowners.
- Negotiate land prices and acquisition terms.
- Coordinate title verification, documentation and registration.
- Maintain solid relationships with landowners and local brokers.
Preferred Locations: Hoskote, Sarjapur, Malur, Electronic City and Whitefield.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
