About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, fast-paced, and trend-aware Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

We’re looking for someone who understands why a video works — not just someone who knows how to cut clips together. You should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, music, visual hooks, transitions, typography, and current social media trends.

- Key ResponsibilitiesEdit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, brand campaigns, event videos, and other social media content.
- Transform raw footage into engaging content with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, sound effects, music, and visual storytelling.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram/Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends and adapt them to brand content.
- Work closely with the Social Media, Content, and Creative teams to bring concepts and ideas to life.
- Create multiple versions or variations of content to test different hooks, edits, formats, and creative approaches.
- Maintain consistency in brand style, visual identity, quality, and storytelling across all content.
- Add motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, overlays, transitions, and other visual elements wherever required.
- Select appropriate music, sound effects, and audio treatments to enhance the overall impact of videos.
- Handle quick turnarounds and multiple projects while maintaining high editing standards.
- Properly organize and manage raw footage, project files, assets, and final exports.
- Experiment with new editing techniques, formats, tools, and creative approaches.
- Requirements1–3 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects.




- Experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, timing, pacing, composition, typography, music, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to create both trend-based content and original brand content.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to experiment with new creative formats.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand and implement creative feedback.
- A portfolio/showreel demonstrating short-form and social media video editing is mandatory.
