Bytez Corp is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a solid focus on lead generation, campaign performance, and ROI improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimise search, display, and social media ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, and conversions.
- Analyse campaign data and improve advertising performance.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce advertising costs.
Required Skills
- Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of PPC and performance marketing.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Good understanding of keyword research and audience targeting.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise performance.
- Experience with ad budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
