- Prepare and manage production plans, timelines, and daily work schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of sampling and bulk production orders.
- Understand garment construction, fabrics, embroidery techniques, patterns, and finishing.
- Coordinate fabric, trims, accessories, and other production requirements.
- Monitor production progress and follow up with different departments and job workers.
- Conduct quality checks at different stages of production.
- Identify production delays and take necessary corrective actions.
