- ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or a related refrigeration trade is mandatory.
2. Technical Knowledge
- Must have good knowledge of the refrigeration cycle and its working principles.
- Knowledge of refrigeration system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Must have knowledge of three-phase electrical wiring and electrical circuit diagrams.
- Must be able to understand and read electrical wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of compressors, condensers, evaporators, sensors, and refrigeration system components is preferred.
3. Experience and Field Work
- Must be willing to travel and work at customer sites and company locations.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork, site visits, and emergency maintenance requirements.
- Should be capable of identifying and resolving refrigeration and electrical faults.
- Must be willing to work across different locations as per operational requirements.
4. Two-Wheeler and Driving Licence
- Must have their own two-wheeler (bike).
- A valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel to different sites for installation, servicing, and maintenance work.
5. Required Skills
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
- Ability to follow company safety procedures and maintenance guidelines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with customers and the operations team.
Key Requirement: Candidates must be technically qualified, have knowledge of refrigeration systems and three-phase electrical wiring, and be ready for regular fieldwork and site travel.
