* Telecaller / Collection Executive

Job Responsibilities

* Handle payday loan collection and recovery calls.

* Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.

* Work on Bucket 2 and above accounts.

* Perform customer tracing and locate unreachable customers.

* Handle both dialer and manual calling.

* Achieve daily calling and collection targets.

* Maintain proper call records and follow-up remarks.

Candidate Requirements

* Relevant experience in payday loan collection is mandatory.

* Experience in Bucket 2 and above is required.

* Tracing experience is required.





* Knowledge of dialer and manual calling is essential.

* DRA-certified and non-DRA candidates can apply, subject to role requirements.

* TL/ATL candidates must have team-handling experience.
