Brief Job Description
- Handle walk-in student enquiries and effectively convert prospects into admissions.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and follow up with leads to achieve admissions.
- Use a convincing and consultative approach to address concerns and influence admission decisions.
- Achieve assigned admission/conversion targets on a regular basis.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admission and academic teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have Robust communication, persuasion and counselling skills. Experience in student admissions, education sales, lead conversion and follow-ups. Target-oriented and confident with parents.
