Job Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to customers using the company dialer and generate leads for home loans.
2. Generate customer appointments and coordinate with field sales officers.
3. Follow up with customers for document collection and loan processing.
4. Track loan applications until document submission and login completion.
5. Maintain daily calling targets and achieve minimum talk-time requirements.
6.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
7. Provide accurate product information and resolve customer queries.
8. Maintain customer relationships and generate business references.
9. Attend weekly performance reviews and quality feedback sessions.
10. Maintain proper customer records in CRM/LMS.

- Graduate in any stream.
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
