​Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and aggressive Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales initiatives in the luxury sanitaryware and bathroom fittings segment. This role involves driving B2B and B2C sales, overseeing project sales (architects, interior designers, builders), and guiding a team of junior sales executives.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Identify and acquire current business opportunities across retail, and project sectors.

​Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, plumbers, and contractors.

​Lead client presentations and product demonstrations for premium sanitaryware, fixtures, and bathroom layouts.

​Set sales targets, formulate sales strategies,



and monitor the daily performance of junior sales staff.

​Negotiate contracts, close high-value deals, and ensure timely payment collections.

​Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and daily sales reports to the Sales Head.

​Requirements:

​Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

​Minimum 2–6 years of sales experience, specifically in the sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, or building materials industry.

​Strong existing network of architects, interior designers, and dealers.

​Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-facing communication skills.

​Ability to train and mentor junior team members effectively.
