Zenith FC is a football academy for children aged 4 to 18, with venues in Perumbakkam and Thazhambur. We are looking for a friendly, organised person to manage academy administration and parent enquiries.
What you will do
- Reply to parent enquiries on WhatsApp and phone, and book free trial sessions
- Follow up with trial families and help them enrol
- Track fee payments and send polite reminders
- Keep attendance and player records updated in Google Sheets
- Support coaches during sessions, tournaments and Badge Day events
What we need
- Valuable spoken Tamil and English
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and Google Forms
- Two-wheeler with a valid licence
- Lives near Perumbakkam, Sholinganallur, Medavakkam or Navalur
- Experience in school front office, coaching centre, gym or customer service is a plus
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
