As a Business Development Associate, you are the first person a candidate speaks to about building a career abroad. Your job is to help them understand the prospect, decide with confidence, and enrol in the programme that gets them there. You will work with three groups of people: Indian nurses interested in nursing jobs in Germany Working professionals interested in a caregiving career in Japan Candidates for German language training, which is essential for most overseas jobs in Germany This is a consultative sales role. You will spend most of your day on calls and WhatsApp with candidates, explaining options, answering questions and following up until they are ready to commit.

Roles and responsibilities





Reach out to nurses and counsel them on employment opportunities in Germany Explain the benefits of working in Germany, including career growth, lifestyle and financial stability Guide working professionals interested in building a caregiving career in Japan Present and promote German language training packages, which are essential for overseas job opportunities Follow up with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email and in-person meetings Keep accurate records of prospects, leads and conversions in the CRM Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Work with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates
