Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-friendly and target-oriented Gold Jewellery Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting gold jewellery, explain product details, and achieve showroom sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Explain gold jewellery designs, purity, carat, weight, making charges, and pricing.
- Assist customers in selecting gold chains, rings, bangles, necklaces, earrings, and other jewellery.
- Explain gold rates, discounts, offers, and billing details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain jewellery display, cleanliness, and proper product presentation.
- Follow showroom procedures for jewellery handling, security, and stock management.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.




- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams for smooth transactions.

Skills Required

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of gold jewellery, purity, and pricing.
- Sales negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge.
- Honest, responsible, and attentive while handling valuable jewellery.

Qualification

- : 10th, 12th, or graduate; as per company requirements.

Experience:

- 1–3 years in jewellery retail sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Working Conditions : Full-time showroom position.
- Rotational shifts or weekly holidays as per company policy.
