Job DescriptionWe are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the International Voice Process to join our growing team in Bangalore.

Candidates will be responsible for handling international customer calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
- Assist customers with their queries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and performance targets.
- Maintain proper documentation and update customer records.
- Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.




- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced BPO environment.
