• Provide Superior Customer Experience on Calls to Customers, explaining the products and services offered by the company.

• Generating current leads for the Business Development Team.

• Coordinating with sales teams and leaders to understand their sales requirements.

• Following up with the sales team to ensure the closure of sales.

• Creating daily calling and sales reports on CRM.

• Understanding potential segments to generate more leads for calling purposes, to ensure maximum conversion.

• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

• Obtaining customer information and other relevant information to enrich the data.

• Asking questions to customers and understanding their specifications.

• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

• Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

• Maintaining the customer database on a regular basis.
