WHAT YOU'LL DO -

Onboarding & People Operations

- Design and run onboarding so every new hire — full-time or intern — is productive within their first week.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking and HR documentation.
- Own the offer letter, appointment letter, and exit formalities process.
- Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, labour law requirements applicable to the firm.

Talent Acquisition

- Own end-to-end hiring across departments — Business Development, Operations, Client Servicing, Finance and Social Media.
- Source, screen and coordinate interviews for full-time hires and interns, keeping every open role moving.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates ahead of need, not only when a role opens.
- Manage job postings, campus outreach and referral channels to keep cost-per-hire low.

Performance & Growth

- Run the appraisal cycle in partnership with department heads, using KRA/KPI frameworks already defined for each role.
- Track probation reviews, 90-day check-ins and confirmation timelines for new hires.




- Support department heads in identifying training needs and skill gaps.
- Maintain a simple, usable performance record for every employee.

Culture & Retention

- Build a culture that fits a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency — not a rigid corporate one.
- Run regular one-on-ones and pulse checks to catch attrition risk early.
- Own employee engagement — team events, recognition, and a workplace people don't want to leave.
- Be the first, trusted point of contact for any employee concern or grievance.

HR Operations

- Own payroll coordination with Finance, ensuring accuracy and on-time processing.
- Maintain and evolve HR policies as the company scales.
- Track headcount, attrition and hiring cost against company growth plans.
- Report people metrics to leadership on a regular cadence.

THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR -

- 1-3 years of HR experience, ideally in an agency, marketing services, startup or fast-paced services environment. Fresher candidates are also welcomed.
- Hands-on experience across the full HR cycle — hiring, onboarding, performance, compliance, exits.
- Working knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, POSH).
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to build trust with both leadership and a 20-something-year-old intern on day one.
- Organized and process-driven,



but comfortable operating without a heavy HRIS or layers of bureaucracy.
- Discreet and fair — this role holds sensitive information and needs to be trusted with it.
- Comfortable working closely with department heads across Finance, Client Servicing & BD, and Operations.
- Prior experience setting up or running an HR function from scratch is a solid plus.
