We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our office team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates using various job portals such as Apna, WorkIndia, JobHai, and other relevant platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates from multiple job portals and databases
Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidate profiles
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
Ensure timely follow-ups and a smooth end-to-end hiring process
Requirements
Experience in recruitment is preferred .
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
Key Note Only candidates with experience in a Recruitment/Staffing Firm should apply. ( Non IT Field)
Note - 2nd and 4th Saturday will off Sunday fixed off
