Responsibilities
- Intra-logistics and Material Flow Planning for New Products and CI Changes
- Lead or support process optimization and logistics excellence initiatives across inbound, outbound, and warehousing operations
- Drive digitalization projects in logistics covering warehouse automation, data visibility, and digital dashboards
- Work closely with cross-functional teams ( Operations, SCM, IT, Finance ) to ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives
- Benchmark best practices from industry leaders to enhance Schneider s Warehouse and logistics performance
Qualifications
- 6-12 years of experience in warehouse design, logistics engineering, supply chain engineering, or distribution center planning
- Defining PFEP for current and future process / product lines
- Experience designing large-scale warehouses and distribution centers
- Experience in manufacturing env, automotive, or 3PL environments preferred
